The conditions and process of high-tech enterprise recognition.

 

Enterprises need to meet the following conditions: registered and established for more than one year, through independent research and development, transfers, grants, mergers and acquisitions and other ways to obtain the core of independent intellectual property rights; enterprises engaged in research and development and related technological innovation activities in science and technology accounted for the proportion of the total number of employees of the enterprise in the year of not less than 10%; enterprises in the last three fiscal years, the total amount of research and development costs accounted for the proportion of total sales revenue in the same period also have specific requirements. In addition, enterprises are required to score more than 70 points through four indicators, including intellectual property rights, the ability to transform scientific and technological achievements, the organisational and management level of research and development, and growth indicators, in order to be recognised as a high-tech enterprise.
